I am a graduate of Brown Mackie College with and associates degree in massage therapy. I am also certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I also practice Pregnancy, Sports, Deep tissue, Dry Cupping, Myofascial release, CranialSacral, and Reiki.  I use different techniques and stretches to manipulate the muscles to release.
